The one-to-one made all the difference. My son had the same tutor every week and she quickly worked out exactly where he was going wrong. He went from a grade 4 in his mocks to a 7 in the GCSE.

I was sceptical about online tutoring but it worked far better than the tutor we'd had coming to the house. Same tutor each week, clear explanations, and my daughter actually looked forward to it.

With work and the kids' clubs a fixed weekly slot seemed impossible, but they moved his session whenever we needed. He never fell behind and his confidence in Higher tier has come on so much.

Which school years do you teach?+

Year 5 up to Year 11, through GCSE. We specialise in the years where confidence and foundations matter most.

Is it really all online?+

Yes, 100% online. No travel, no rushing after school. Sessions are fully interactive and one-to-one.

Is the first class an evaluation?+

How much does it cost?+

Your child’s first class is a one-off Β£41.58 (normally Β£55) and comes with their personal Maths Progress Plan. If you choose to carry on, classes are bought in blocks with no contract: 5 for Β£275, 15 for Β£740, 30 for Β£1,350 or 60 for Β£2,500, each with a top 1% tutor, full one-hour sessions and recordings you keep. See the full breakdown at englandmaths.co.uk/pricing.

Is it the same tutor each week?+

My son gets really anxious about maths and one-to-one suited him far better than a class. His tutor never rushed him and by the exams he'd stopped dreading it. He ended on a 6.

My daughter is dyslexic and struggled with the worded questions. Having the same tutor one-to-one who understood that made a huge difference. She got a 6 and was over the moon.

What stood out was being matched with the right tutor from the start. Same person every week, exam-paper focused, and my son's grade came up two. Couldn't ask for more.

My son was struggling with Foundation maths, so for the last few months we got the book and the online lessons. His tutor was brilliant, gave him so much confidence, and he got the grade 4 he needed for his college course.

Same tutor, same slot, every week. My son knew Wednesday at 6 was maths and just got on with it. They went through the past papers with him properly rather than just giving him the answers.

My son has dyscalculia and school had all but given up on him in maths. His tutor never made him feel slow, broke everything right down and let him go at his own pace. He passed Foundation with a 5, which we honestly never thought we'd see.

So grateful to the team, especially her tutor Emily, for all the support during Year 11. The lessons built her confidence in Higher tier and showed her how to actually approach the exam questions.

My daughter is so proud of herself after her GCSE results, honestly better than she ever expected. She'd spent the whole year worrying she wouldn't pass. The online lessons gave her the confidence she'd been missing πŸŽ‰
